1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please reach out to our customer care via email at tzthangka@gmail.com, and be sure to mention your Order ID in your message. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the packing is intact when you send us the product back.

2. Product Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have received first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

3. Refund Policy

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment account. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Logistics & Shipping Policy

Upon dispatch, most orders will be delivered to the customer’s designated address within 5–10 business days.

3. Delivery Address Confirmation

Deliveries will be strictly made to the shipping address provided by the customer during the order placement process. The seller shall not be liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

4. Factors Affecting Delivery Timelines

The final delivery time is subject to the service efficiency of the contracted courier company or local government post office. Unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may also cause delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
